Changes made, May 2025:

  • More stringent requirements on using RoHS exemptions
  • Hazardous substances in a battery added to RML reportable
  • PFHxA added to Banned & Restricted List
  • Methoxychlor moved from Reportable to Banned & Restricted
  • Updated threshold for Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCDD) 100ppm->75ppm
  • Added definition: Formaldehyde releasers
